Return & Refund

You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to return, exchange, or request a refund.

But if your item shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days. The sooner we hear from you, the faster we can help.

What Can I Return?

We're flexible. You can return:

  • Unused or gently worn items
  • Items in clean condition
  • Lightly used items if you send photos and explain why you weren’t happy

Even “final sale” items can be returned in some cases; just reach out and let us know what went wrong. We’ll do our best to help.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

If your item arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered, send us an email at
support@decuccia.store within 7 days.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A quick description of the issue
  • A few photos, if possible

We'll reply within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next steps.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the mistake is ours, we’ll cover the shipping.
  • If you're returning for personal reasons, you’ll need to pay for return postage. We recommend using tracking to be safe.

Important: Always check with us before mailing anything back; we’ll give you the right return address.

When Will I Receive a Refund or Exchange?

Here’s how we handle different situations:

  • Item damaged or defective: Tell us within 7 days, and we’ll refund you or send a replacement.
  • Do you have the wrong item? We’ll correct it and cover return shipping.
  • Not satisfied with a lightly used item? Please provide us with photos and share your reasons. If approved, we’ll refund or exchange it.
  • Order marked “delivered” but didn’t arrive? Please let us know after 7 business days. We’ll look into it.
  • Product out of stock or no longer available? You can choose something else of equal or higher value (and just pay the difference). If the issue was on our side, we’ll offer a refund.
  • Just changed your mind? No problem as long as it’s within 30 days and in excellent shape. Just note that original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, if you act fast. Please contact us via email within 12 hours of placing your order. If it has not been shipped yet, we will promptly cancel it for you.

When Will I See My Refund?

Once your return arrives and we’ve had a look:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • You’ll get an email confirmation when it's done
  • If it takes longer, your bank or card provider might be the delay
